We recommend you follow these steps before submitting an application
CAN YOU STAND OUT FROM THE DECK?
If you think you can bring something to BlackJack21 we welcome you to fill out an application. We are always on the lookout for that special someone who can take pride in our clan & our dedicated, trustworthy & loyal member base. We believe gaming is to be enjoyed & it's our aim to enjoy it with friends in an enviroment where individuals can develop skills & friendships. Here at XXI we welcome all skill levels to join our ranks, as we believe the quality of a member lies in what they can bring to the clan as a whole.
HOW JOINING XXI WORKS
Every applicant should check our RULES before applying, not knowing the RULES is not an acceptable excuse for breaking them. If your application is accepted, you will be designated an established XXI member to coach & assist you. You will then be evaluated over approximatley a 2 week period at the end of which you may be accepted into our clan & granted the rank of DUECE. Your sponser (established member) will then continue to assist you & your progression through the clan will begin. A sponsers responsibilty's will include training you, being available for advice, helping you intergrate in to our methods & identifying your individual strengths & weaknesses. After a period of time, if you continue to prove yourself you may earn the rank of JACK making you an established member in your own right. This should be your objective after being acceped into BlackJack 21 & will only be achieved by demonstrating your loyalty & ability to operate in our clan.
