THE 'SHUFFLE'
'The Shuffle' is a clan event that takes place at the begining of every calender year. Our XXI RULING COUNCIL asses the clan, its activities & its member base & rectify issues. Members RANKS, activity & application come under review & changes, both good & bad can be considered. Its very important to be alert & in control of our member base to keep a happy, fair & productive enviroment.
What can you do to stand out from the Deck?
COMMUNICATIONS
Communication is vital to a successful clan, here at BlackJack21 we have several ways for members to maintain contact. We have a Facebook group, a Twitter account, HQ Codec chat & most importantly, our PSN chat on Playstation. It is a haven for all friends and allies to have a chat & a good time & is usually occupied 24/7. Snake leads our communication program & is responsible for regulating behaviour & also introducing new people to our methods.
MEMBER OF THE MONTH
Our MOTM will be published on the website. The Member Of The Month award is given to the member of the clan most deserving of recognition for their actions & efforts in cause of the clan. This is not only limited to their actions in 1 month, but more as in actions while in service of the clan. Winners will also get a reward of £5 (GBP) PSN credit & will also earn unique RIBBON to add to thier achievements.
NEWSLETTER
Our BlackJack21 Newsletter is sent out regularly via PSN & the latest installment is viewable from our site HQ too. There can be anything from 1 to 5 issues per month depending on our needs. It includes all the latest news & upcoming events for BlackJack21. The title is dated in roman numerals for the day it is sent, this is so letters can be traced in order & it also keeps in context with our clan identity.
e.g 9/6/2013 would translate as IX.VI.XIII

MEMBERSHIP PACK
When a Duece becomes a fully established member (Jack rank) they will have access to more benefits. All established members have the right to a JACK PACK.
JACK PACK contains; XXI PSN contact list, XXI media details, several XXI wallpapers, Invitation to PSN chat, RULES & RANKS documents, XXI development plan, full website access & Profile creation sessions.

UNIFORM
Since our establishment we have had various clan uniforms. Our clan colours are Black, Red & White in any arrangement you personally like as we promote individualism also at XXI. When playing in official tournaments or EVENTS wearing clan uniform is a requirement. Otherwise for the moment, all clan uniform rules are invalid untill further notice. If in doubt, stealth camo will suffice^^. Official XXI camouflage is Spirit Camo (Left). Worn by The Sorrow.
OPERATION COMMANDERS
Each game we play as a clan has a dedicated leader called an Ops Commander (OC) that will be responsible for the tactics, strategy & training of that particular game. Acting as an Op Com is a big responsibility so to help & support them, Op Commander's can appoint a member to assist them in their duties. Op Com roles are not restricted by rank & it can be a great way to prove yourself & raise ranks quickly. To apply for an Operation Commander role, mail Vixen.
DEAD MAN'S HAND
Dead Man's Hand is a council & tribunal of 5 members which votes over major clan decisions. Often abbreviated as DMH, the council was established by Vixen & is tasked with running XXI from behind the scenes. DMH are responible for regulating discpline, resolving disputs, improving the clan in various ways & performing our annual SHUFFLE. XXI members can be elected to serve on the council for a set term of time, there are no restrictions of rank for DMH membership.
RULE OF TWO
We use a Master & Apprentice system at BlackJack 21. DUECE rank members will be supported by an established XXI member to coach & assist them with their progression through the clan. A Masters responsibilty's will include training, being available for advice, helping to teach our methods & identifying individual strengths & weaknesses. After a period of time, an Apprentice may earn the rank of JACK making them an established member in their own right. [NOTE] DUECE rank represents two.
BLACK LIST
This is our priority list of Targets & Projects that need completing for the progression of the clan. It is our target to eliminate these obstacles asap & we refer to it as our 'Hit List' too. Current Projects can be found on our Blacklist page in the ARCHIVES section. Please support & develop your clan & help us eliminate these obstacles!
