Our ranks provide organisation for BlackJack 21 & a merit based reward system for our members. Higher rank members earn extra benefits & responsibility's. Anyone can build their way up our Chain of Command & we encourage our members to apply for promotions often.
To join XXI you will need to pass a trial that will last approximatley 2 weeks. While under trial you will be assigned an established member to assist and coach you. Providing you pass the trial you will earn the rank of DEUCE & will continue to have the the support of an established member. To become an established member, you will either need to attain JACK rank, or have served as a DUECE for over 12 months. Established members get extra benefits within the clan, and also have a profile made on the website too!
DUECE (Initiate)
This is for members who have passed a trial but have yet to establish themselves as thorough members. A DUECE will be assigned an established member to assist them.
JACK
This rank symbolises an established member of the clan. a JACK rank will demonstrate impeccable behaviour, excellent loyalty & good sportsmanship skills.
ACE
This rank is for the elite, XXI generals. For those that live and breathe BlackJack21. ACE rank members will activley lead the clan in various ways.
KING / QUEEN
This rank is for veteran members who have proven themselves to be loyal, enthusiastic and respectful. These will have shown they can follow the rules and maintain disipline. This rank is specific for the gender of the member. KING for male & QUEEN for female.
